THE USAGE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN ORGANIC

CHEMISTRY

Annotation: The utilization of didactic games in teaching chemistry was

explained in this article. Didactic games like plus (+), minus(+), the third is

excessive, it needs to findthird, chemical pyramid and chemicalrebus, working with

numbers were disseminated and they were shown in exericise.

Key words: innovation, didactic games, alkane, alktene, plus(+) and

minus(+) games, it needs to find third, chemical rubes, Freon

Innovation is a complex process that involves the creation of a new scientific,

practical tool, that is, the creation, dissemination and application of new social

needs [1]. The basis of the use of gaming technologies is the activation and

acceleration of the pupils. Didactic games require to use knowledge, skills and

abilities in practice. The qualifications and skills of basic education focuses on

enhancing and amplifying work skills. However, most schools do not use didactic

games because teachers do not know how to organize and use this games.

Therefore, the proposed didactic games are designed for the general secondary

school curriculum of organic chemistry. These didactic games provide pupils with

skills such as their own talents, interests, knowledge, and self-expression, creative

approach, logical thinking, and team dialogue [2, 3].

In this article, we have given some examples of didactic games that can be

used in organic chemistry.

Plus (+) and minus (-) game. Pupils are provided with variants which have written

names and series of the substances, and they are required to write the formulas of

the substances, and explain in which of them the "+" which means the "-" or the "-"

mark and why. The student who answers quickly and correctly is declared a winner

[4].

For example. 1. Mark the following from the list of saturated hydrocarbons

(alkanes) with "+", unsaturated hydrocarbons (alkenes) with "-" and write their

appropriate formulas. a) methane, propane, propene b) butane, butene, pentane c)

isobutane, hexane, geksen d) 2-methylbutane, 2-methylpropene, 2,2-dimethyl

propane.

2. Mark the alcohols (+), aldehydes (-) from the following substances and

write their appropriate form.

a) methanol, ethanol, methanol c) methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ant aldegedi b)

propyl alcohol, utanol-1, ethanol g) isobutyl alcohol, pentanol-2, propion aldehyde

d) fatty aldehyde, tertiary butyl alcohol, formaldehyde.

Answers: 1.a) + СН4 ;+ С3Н8; - С3Н6 (Alkanes are the first and second substances,

alkenes are in the third substances). b) +С4Н10 ;- С4Н8;+ С5Н12 (first and third

substances are alkane, alkene is the second substance). c) +СН3СН(СН3)СН3;

+С6Н14;- С6Н12 (alkane is the first and second substances, alkane is the third

substance). g+СН3СН(СН3)СН2СН3;-СН2=C(CH3)CH3; +CH3C(CH3)2CH3 (the

first and the third substances are alkanes, alkene is the second substance ).

2. a) +CH3OH; +C2H5OH; -CH2O (first and second substances are alcohol, the third

substance is aldehyde). b) +CH3OH; +C2H5OH ; -CH2O (first and second

substances are alcohol, the third is aldehyde). c) +СH3CH2CH2OH;

+CH3CH2CH2CH2OH;-CH3CHO (first and second substances are alcohol, the third

substance is aldehyde). d) +CH3CH(CH3) CH2OH; +CH3CH2CH2CH2CH2OH;-

The third is excessive. Pupils are given three rings, with the names of three

different substances. For example,

” –“ for that they are not isomers, that is overbalance and write appropriate

3)+CH2=CHCH2CH3; +CH2=CH(CH3)CH3; -CH2=CHCH2CH2CH3 (buten-1 and 2-

methyl propene are mutual isomers, pentene-1 is not isomer).

4)+CH3CH=CHCH2CH3; +CH2=CHCH2CH2CH3; -CH3CH(CH3)CH2CH3 (pentene- 2 and pentene-1 are mutual isomers, methylbutane is not isomer). 5)
