Modern innovative technologies in the process of physical education of

students

Abstract. The systematic data on the features of the use of modern

innovative technologies in the process of physical education of schoolchildren are

presented. Considered promising directions for the use of health technologies in

the physical education of students. The factors of negative impact on various body

systems are highlighted. Most students with poor health have no interest in

physical culture. Students lead a sedentary lifestyle.

Introduction

Physical education of students is an integral part of higher humanitarian

education, the result of a comprehensive pedagogical impact on the personality of a

future specialist in the process of forming his professional competence [1].

Today, it is indisputable that the important aspects of updating the system of

physical education should be innovative approaches to eliminate the main causes

of the deformed attitude to the universal human values of physical culture. At the

present stage, this requires:

- to revive the democratic traditions of the university, the region, including sports

traditions;

build new relationships between teachers and students based on community and

trust;

- use the variability of the training process, creativity and initiative of teachers and

students.

A number of specialists [1, 2, 3] under the innovative educational

technology understand reproducible in mass pedagogical practice targeted system

of action to develop a hierarchy of diagnosed learning goals and objectives for

determining rational ways to achieve them in the form of specific learning

outcomes.

Below we will dwell on a number of innovative approaches, technologies,

models used in the practice of physical education of students.

Purpose, tasks of the work, material and methods. The purpose of the

work is to study and summarize the data presented in the special scientific

literature on the use of innovative technologies in the process of physical education

of students.

To solve the tasks, we used the analysis of scientific and methodological

literature, as well as Internet sources.

The results of the study.

Physical education of students is an inseparable part of higher humanitarian

education, the result of a comprehensive pedagogical impact on the personality of a

future specialist in the process of formation of his professional competence.

attitude to the universal values of physical culture, namely, it is necessary to build

new ones from relations between teachers and students based on community and

trust, use the variability of the training process, creativity and initiative of teachers

and students.

As part of our proposed idea, pedagogical research has developed: an

automated monitoring methodology that was designed and implemented on a

fundamentally new integrated system technology, which can be the basis for

creating a new branch of knowledge on pedagogical research automation in fitness

centers, fitness clubs. The pedagogical model of the health infrastructure, defining

the complex of organizational, pedagogical and social conditions that determine

the bases educational innovation and health-saving technologies, including

research and teaching and educational and educational activities on the formation

of ways of development of motor activity of students, instilling in them the

foundations of a healthy lifestyle.

In our work, we developed and tested models of physical education for

university students in I-II courses, which are based on the differentiation of goals

and objectives of the structural units of the department of physical culture, rational

selection of physical exercises and sports such as volleyball, handball, general

physical training section and hand-to-hand combat.

We attempted to systematize the means of motor activity, analyzing their

effectiveness, presented the optimal models of motor activity for different groups

of students. The developed models are based on the optimal combination of

various types of physical activity, both domestic and recreational, organically

related to the requirements of a healthy lifestyle for future teachers.

In the course of pedagogical research, we came to the conclusion that,

depending on the target setting, organizational forms, means used, types of

physical activity in the physical education system can be divided into the following

main groups: outdoor games, competitive sports, recreational physical activity,

professionally oriented physical activity, household physical activity.

The predominant use of funds belonging to one group or another can be

determined by many factors - age and sex characteristics of the students, their

interests, material and technical capabilities, health and physical fitness, etc.

However, regardless of all these factors, the optimal mode of motor activity should

ensure maintaining the normal functioning of the body, strengthening its vital

organs and functional systems, preventing diseases, that is, that is, to contribute to

all that provides the student with full physical development.

We think that the optimal mode is specially organized, except for household

physical activity for various categories of students, regardless of age, gender,

interests, conditions, etc. should include three groups of funds:

a) aerobic exercises, contributing to increase and maintain a high level of

functionality of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems;

b) strength exercises that help strengthen the musculoskeletal system - the

muscular system, bone system, connective tissue - ligaments, tendons;

c) exercises aimed at the development of flexibility to improve the condition of

muscle, connective and bone tissues, the prevention of diseases of the

musculoskeletal system.

One of the directions of the modern education system is an orientation

towards the inclusion of students in independent creative activity. In physical

education, this form of activity is physical self-education. The inclusion of student

youth in independent physical training involves the joint active work of the teacher

and student.

The theoretical analysis of the special literature, the questioning of students

allowed us to develop the organizational and methodological conditions for the

implementation of self-control of students' physical fitness as a factor in increasing

motivation for physical self-improvement. These include:

- the message of the necessary information in different studies;

- development of guidelines for the use of methods self control;

- practical development of self-control methods in the classroom physical

education;

- development of an individual self-control card "professionally applied physical

fitness of the student;

- development of a rating assessment of functional readiness students;

- self-completion of an individual self-control card
