Despite the growth of the export potential of business entities, it should be noted
that today there are some shortcomings that affect the expansion of this sphere.
These include problems in improving the regulatory framework and the
widespread use of information technology tools. For the formation of a modern- thinking class of entrepreneurial entities, the production of competitive high- quality goods and its introduction to world markets fully need to accelerate the use
of IT in small enterprises.
In the modern world, the latest computer technologies penetrate deeper into
every sector of the economy and help business run efficiently, and users - to
receive high-quality goods and services.
Their sites are created not just by retailers of retail products, but by far-sighted
business owners, when they translate their product into online stores, promoting
their products and services in a modern way, expanding the geography of sales.
Every day more and more network users are switching to online purchases.

return on investment. As a rule, this is a supporting role, which corresponds to the
traditional approach, when a corporate strategy is formulated somewhere “at the
top” and transferred to the IT department, so that it provides it with appropriate
support. In this case, IT plays the role of a technological substrate that provides
support for operational and control functions. Any organization can take for itself
