Annotation:- The article notes that systematic transformations of Uzbekistan

into the global world and the causes of the informal society to have contemporary

challenges to young people. In particular, the lack of access to the Internet's capacities

at all times and the inadequacy of their ideological immunity for information flows in

some cases is complicated by the fact that their access to a technological

transformation society is difficult.

While the modern society is acknowledged as the age of information, it is important

that today's people live in harmony with the age, and grow up as a comprehensible

person with the help of information sources. On the other hand, each received

information is controlled from the perspective of the state's future and prospects.

As the flow of information and communication flows out of control, it will lead the

existing society to destruction as far as the edge of the cliff. There are various reasons

for this, and experts explain the reality sometimes with the information provided by

foreign media or some of the Internet sites. The radical reform of the Uzbek society

has transformed the relationship between human and societies in a qualitatively

positive way.

The relationship between people in the social system was based on a healthy

opportunity not only to utilize existing technologies but also to obtain psychological

information, and to interact with social media with the help of different devices. . In

social life, unexpected social contradictions and conflicts emerged.

On the one hand, the scope of information in the large volume is being promoted

through the system of information-technological communications, and on the other

hand, it promotes it with different interpretations and concepts in society. That's why

there was a need to filter large quantities of information on the population. Naturally,

this opportunity is made possible only by local media, primarily TV and national

Internet sites. Nevertheless, psychological violence continues to infiltrate the

community through various means. This is due to internal and external factors and

sometimes delays in the acquisition of the latest information and technology tools,

and secondly, the objective and subjective weaknesses in existing internal capacities

also lead to the spread of alien information among the population.

Human Development is now experiencing a wide-ranging positive change in quality

and quantity. The researchers link this phenomenon with globalization processes. The

main feature of this process is the availability of science-technical achievements,

information technology in all areas of society's life. The features of global, regional

and interconnectivity suggest that humanity has advanced to a new level in its

development, and the essence of human solidarity varies radically. Members of

society are widely used by modern communication tools to meet their social needs

(new forms of solidarity), political (changing political essence), economic (global

market formation) and daily needs, and information exchange is changing in quality.
