Abstract

This study is conducted to measure the overall satisfaction of customers toward e-banking services with respect to gender, educational level and occupational level in Rohtak District of Haryana. Primary data is collected with the help of the self structured questionnaire and results are drawn with the help of t-test and ANOVA. The study concluded that males are more satisfied with e-banking services in comparison to female. Study is showing that there is no significant difference in satisfaction level of different educational level whereas there is a significant difference between satisfaction level of different occupational levels.
