Abstract
One of the biggest problem that India is facing today is environmental pollution caused by industrialisation which is increasing with every passing year. Industrial pollution possess a major threat to the existence of living things by creating health problems to humans, plants and animals. The ecosystem is affected by contaminations from industrial activities. The rapid increase of toxic pollutants in soil, air, land and water not only affects natural resources, but also causes major strains on environment. High level of industrial pollution can cause an adverse effect on the health of the workers and the society.
