Abstract
The emergent demand corporate image leads to the application of management tools of Green Human Resource Management. The observation of generating a corporate image by business entities is explored in this paper. The rising demand for Corporate Image leads to the application of management tools of green human resource management. The awareness of having green surroundings by the human resource department is an essential development that moves the events of green selection and recruitment, performance appraisal method, the reward and pay system and an understanding green culture.
