Abstract
Kamala Das known her pen name Madhavikutty and was an Indian English poet. She protested against the prevalent system of the society and trying to explore an identity and freedom for her own and for the whole of women creed in general She expressed her frustrations, rancor and loneliness through the medium of Poetry.
