Abstract

This paper endeavours to inspect the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices of sample banking organizations on the work engagement of their respective employees. On basis of the literature review, it is hypothesized that a positive perception among employees regarding the HRM practices helps in developing a sense of engagement among employees regarding their jobs.
