Abstract

Technology is changing every sector of the economy at a very rapid pace that it becomes so difficult to predict the future of business world. With the advent of the technological integration in human resource management changes the role of employees in organisation. Information technology comes to an aid of the HR executives who are planning to manage their employees performance. But in order to cope up with these changes employees have to do lots of hard work so that they would be able to accept the changes in order to make themselves competent. Also for the organisation the gap between the demand and supply of highly skilled employees is widening at a rapid rate because of advancement of HR tools like Big Data Analytics, AI, machine learning etc. in the area of day to day operations.
