In Pakistan, dimension stones quarrying projects have been ignored in the context of project stakeholder management. Stakeholder identification is the first phase of this knowledge area. Minerals-related legislative policies, regional and organizational cultures in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, are different from other parts of country and dimension stone mining companies generally work in the domain of regional traditions. Therefore, the stakeholders associated with these mines must be identified and analyzed independently. Brain mapping, star bursting and Charette procedure are utilized in this paper to identify the primary stakeholder entities of dimension stone quarries of Khyber Pakhtukhwa. Primary stakeholders include the owner, project manager, team leaders, labors, vendors and customers and product transport contractors. The government institutions which fall in this category are provincial directorate and inspectorate of mines and minerals. Once these different aspects of stakeholders are identified and analyzed, the stakeholder management will be easier and effective.
