Abstract

The ever changing trend of the IT sector is inevitable and can be comprehended only if the organizations ‘flow with the tide’ and adapt to the rapid technological changes and global centric cultural patterns with effective enrichment practices. In this peaceful chaos it is essential for the IT sector to keep the employees in harmony with the vision and mission. Therefore, employee accountability is a major factor that influences the productivity and in return the effective enrichment practices provided by the organizations are equally important to enhance these tech savvy and knowledge driven individuals with regard to the same.
