Abstract
This study was carried out to find the teaching effectiveness of secondary school teachers of Bumthang district of Bhutan. Descriptive survey method was used to carry out the study. The objective of the study was to find the significant differences among secondary school teachers in their teaching effectiveness on the basis of gender, types of school, locale and years of teaching experiences.
