Abstract

Judicial review is the bedrock of the judiciary. Judicial review is a process where a judiciary reviews the validity of a public body’s decision or action. In other words, judicial appeals are a challenge to the way a decision was made, rather than the subsequent rights and errors.Judicial review, the authority of a country’s Highest Court to investigate the acts of the government’s legislative, executive, and administrative arms to decide whether such activities were legally compatible.
