Role of World Trade Organisation and Its Dispute Resolution Mechanism

Abstract

Dispute settlement understanding of WTO is playing good role in resolving the disputes on international level between the members of the WTO. WTO Agreement of dispute settlement system is very efficient and results are quite predictable. The system is not only benefitting the developed counties but it is equally beneficial to the developing countries as most of the complaints are filed by the developing countries and get very satisfactory result in it.
