Abstract
The whistle blowing legislation is required to encourage people to share confidential information about wrongdoing and corruption. Whistle blowing is a weapon in the hands of an employee of a public organization to disclose wrongdoings within the concerned department to authorities with an intention to put an end to them. Whistle blowing requires courage and determination. This present research paper critically analyzes The Whistleblowers Protection (Amendment) Bill, 2015.
