Abstract
Learning of science subjects must be made interesting to students. The ideas and concepts conceptualized from direct or vicarious experiences will have more retention and utility. The effective learning is an outcome of the better teaching methods. Interactive White Boards are the new boon for the process of teaching and learning. Through that the content presentation has become more engaging. The quality and interactiveness of the content presented through an IWB determine the effectiveness of it on learning achievement. This study is an attempt to find the effectiveness of Educomp Smartclass in the achievement of physics at secondary level of education in Kerala. It follows the non-equivalent control group pre-test post-test design of the experimental research.
