Abstract

Bronchial asthma has cellular and humoral immune disorders that persist against the background of standard treatment, which in turn reduces the level of asthma control. Timely prescription of vitamin D (Aquadetrim) in combination with basic therapy contributes to long-term control over asthma, improves the quality of life of patients, reduces the dose of basic drugs in accordance with the recommendations of a step-by-step approach to therapy, improves the course of the disease, under its influence in the body, there is a certain correction of immune processes, reduction of inflammation.
