Abstract

The main characteristics of the diagnostic test were determined: sensitivity (Se) of the test: 0.96 (95% CI 0.92-0.99); specificity (Sp) of the test: 0.56 (95% CI 0.45-0.59); positive predictive value of the test 0.625 (95% CI 0.533-0.649); negative predictive value of the test 0.95 (95% CI 0.766-0.997). A group of women who, for the purpose of prevention and treatment of threatening PR, was prescribed the drug Utrozhestan, were delivered at 38-39 weeks gestation. Of these, 95 women are delivered through the natural birth canal. 80 newborns were born on the Apgar scale of 8–9 points, 15 newborns on the Apgar scale of 7–8 points. 10 women underwent cesarean section surgery for uterine scar failure, 5 for PNRP. 15 women had PR in the gestational age of 34-36 weeks. Perinatal pathology was not observed.
