Abstract
This research aims to find out the cause of the subject is still single, knowing depiction of subjective well being the subject and aware of the factors that led to the existence of subjective well being in the subject. The methods used are qualitative research methods. The subject of the study amounted to one person of the female sex, age 41 years, becoming a career woman who is still single or unmarried. Engineering data collection done is interview and observation. The results showed that the cause of women's careers associate adulthood still single because the subject feel comfortable and enjoy his life as well as the subject too think his career so forget his personal life as well as the subject of family giving the freedom to define the subject in his life.
