Abstract

Institutional infrastructure is the part of the social infrastructure. It is one the important component of the social infrastructure. There is a strong relationship between the integrated institutional and land use planning.   The cooperation and mutuality between the institutional improvements and the land use development, which is well recorded in the history. There is a strong reciprocation between the residential areas, commercial areas, open spaces and institutional areas. Insipid of the factual influence of institution to land improvement and development, a great deal of uncertainty remains regarding the nature of the relationship in the modern world. As a new computer technique, GIS can provide powerful method for geospatial analysis, geospatial visualization and spatial statistics analysis
