Abstract

Remembering the changing technology supplanting the customary idea of paying not through cash but rather by plastic money (credit and platinum cards), this examination was embraced to consider the awareness and utilization of plastic money among the consumers. The point that was thus decided for this exploration is "Examination of the utilization of Plastic Money: A Boon or a Bane". The example was chosen by the Stratified Random Sampling Method and comprised of consumers including understudies, working experts, government authorities, house creators and senior subjects. The example estimate chose was 200. It was discovered that consumers lean toward plastic money over paper money and the real advantage that the card gives to the customers is the comfort and availability. The significant issue as per them is the expanded value-based expenses and pointless conventions to secure the cards from the financial institutions. They felt that the fate of plastic money is brilliant and as indicated by them, the following thing to come by means of technology would be the utilization of digital signatures.
