Abstract
The dominant means of intra-urban mobility in Nigeria is the motor vehicle whose traffic situation has deteriorated to an alarming extent in recent years. The situation is worsened when parking facilities as a major element of urban transportation development is neglected in the face of increasing activities which generate enormous parking demand.
