Abstract
Contemporary organizations are seeking workforce with professional competencies to achieve goals and objectives of the organization. Earlier, organizations focused on motivation, job satisfaction, and rational administration to receive the best possible use of individuals, but nowadays organizations recognize the significance of competencies to win the challenges in the business environment.
