Abstract

This conceptual paper is to study the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and nascent venture performance of Malay-owned nascent venture in Malaysia. This paper proposes a framework which illustrates the moderating role of resources acquisition in the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and nascent venture performance.
