Abstract
This study is carried out purposely in order to create a computer-based record keeping system that provides readily accessible means of getting cadastral information needed for quick decision making for Iyaji Layout part A, Oyo-west Local Government Area, Oyo, Oyo-state. The study shows that it is very easy and quick in accessing information with simple interaction with the database. It provides avoidance of ambiguity in record keeping over land or property.
