Abstract
This research is an attempt to explain the concept of the work – life imbalance among women employees. A survey method was used to collect 100 samples randomly among women employees who are working at IT companies in Trivandrum district. Data was collected with a structured questionnaire and analyzed by using ANOVA test, chi-square test and percentage method.
