Role of Ict Multimedia and Its Effect on Children’s

learning (3-6) Year

ABSTRACT: -

ITC multimedia actives can have positive

impacts on children learning process.

During the preschool period, children

develop creativity, exploring the ability to

create using different media and through

creative movement. Digital technologies

provide one of more channels for them to

demonstrate their creativity and learning

children use ITC in their learning like -play

games, listen to stories or draw picture. The

Goal of this study was to identify the role of

ITC multimedia and its effect on children

learning (3-6 years). Sample size was 100

boys and girls both from private and

government school. Sample area was Luck

now city and study period was one year

2014-15. The result indicates that the all

children love to see cartoon. And cartoon

changed children mind. Boys like action

cartoon while girls like fairy tale mostly

private school student like horror cartoon

but government school student like

educational cartoon. It affects the new

generation with more aggressive characters

and negative minds in sociality. Moreover it

obstructed their learning of right

behaviours.

INTRODUCTION

Early childhood care is one of the best

ways to assure the child a smooth transition

into primary school. It is also a critical

factor in the child’s subsequent transition to

adulthood, influenced both social skill and

behaviour choices. Early childhood care

and education in which preschool education

is include is total development of young

child parent or community involvement and

development need to be viewed as integral

part of ecce.

ICT stand for “information and

communication technologies.” This term is

now widely used in educational research,

policy and practice. ICT can be define as

“anything which allows as to get

information to communicate with each other

to have an effect on the environment using

electronic or digital equipment .” In early

childhood education, the term ICT could

include computer hardware and software,

digital cameras and video cameras, the

internet, telecommunication tools,

programmable toys and many other devices

and resources.

Multimedia is the field concerned

with the computer controlled integration of

text graphic , drawing , audio, video,

animation and another media where every

type of information can be represented ,

stored , transmitted and processed digitally .

Multimedia has been widely educational

technologies. Its plays a very important role

in assisting children learning processes.

Multimedia has the potential to create high

quality learning environments, with the

capability of creating a more realistic

learning context through its different media.

It also helps allowing a learner to take better

control of the classroom especially when the

class size is large.

Cartoons are playing a vital role in

changing behaviour of the children. They

involve themselves more and behave like the

hero’s of these cartoons. Kids adopt their

way of talking, walking, dressing, and eating

many cartoon depict scenes of violence or

danger at whitewash the effect of that

violence.

Objective:-

To study the effect of multimedia to

improve the quality of education in

children.

Hypothesis:-

Ho : There exists no significant role on the

effect of multimedia and animation to

improve the quality of education in children.

Materials and Methods:-

The present study aim at random sampling

of to study the animation early childhood

and care. From different school government

and private school. And the sample size of

100 student are selected. The time taken for

the study was one 2014 to 2015.

The study sample of 3 to 6year boys and

girls both from private and government

school were selected by self design

questionnaire. Sample technique the sample

for the study sample comprise of (N=100)50

girls and 50 boys.

Research design

The present study experimental research

design was used.

Analysis of the data

After data collection, the data were tabulated

in Microsoft analysis was done by using

frequency, percentage and t-test through

SPSS.

RESULT:-

The result furnished in the table (4.1.1) indicates that same majorities 50% of the

respondent sample were female and 50 % respondent sample were male.
