Abstract

The protection of the rights of all juveniles who come into conflict with the law is a matter of growing international concern. Preventive measures of juvenile delinquency and protection of the young have undergone a progressive evolution of thought and action under the aegis of the United Nations. This article study the standards and norms envelop a full spectrum of laws and legal procedures concerning prevention measures.


The purpose of this article is to define the current juvenile delinquency and prevention measures. In doing so, the article provides a detailed investigation foreign experience in the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the factual reality of their effect.
