Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent relationship between factors  that influencing the visitors satisfaction towards facilities and service quality provided at wall climbing area, Camp 5 One Utama Shopping Centre. This questionnaire measuring and identify the users of the facilities and service provided. This questionnaire has 4 sections consisting Demographic Profile, program Characteristic, respondent engagement and Visitors satisfaction on service. As for Demographic Profile, the question is about respondent’s gender, age, occupation and income. For program Characteristic, the question is all about source information, hours spent each visit.
