Abstract

The main objective of this research is to closely study the Gastronomy based World Records created by the researcher and to formulate systematic steps in creating a gastronomy based world record so that future hospitality students may derive motivation to create World Records in their pursuit of excellence as well as to have a ready reference guide on the necessary process required to achieve the same.Looking at the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic rewards (tangible or intangible) have on student developing and honing their skills in hospitality, research and management towards achieving tangible results.
