Technology always gives a major driver of carrying changes and creating things calmer in timely manner. The Information Technology services are well-thought-out as the crucial driver for the changes taking place around the world. Due to the technological development, the entire bank has to provide lot of services to the customers like Tele banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc., and Cash deposit Service through CDM is one of the key services providing by the banker to the customer. This paper analyses the level of customers’ satisfaction of CDM service provided by the State Bank of India in Thiruvarur District. For sampling purpose, 300 customers were selected based on the convenience sampling from the SBI customers’.
