Abstract

- Researchers have asserted that in present scenario, organizations function in highly competitive markets distinguished by compressed product life cycles, constant technological transitions, and aggressive competing practices adopted by the competitors. While, the exact operations which enhance profitability in such circumstances remain doubtful, there has been some consensus that successful institutions became responsive, adaptable, and foresee transitions in the competitive environment through applying the concept of Employee Involvement. The present research work examined the literature available on Employee Involvement and other, associated constructs.
