Abstract
In any organization, the role of spirituality at work and meaningful work are the developing factor for the employees’ effectiveness. In manufacturing sector, the spirituality at work and meaningful work are the greatest challenges faced by the employees. The aim of this study is to find the impact of spirituality at work and meaningful workon happiness. The data had been collected from 102 samples for the studyusing non-probability convenience sampling method.This study concludes that there is significant difference in the level of spirituality at work and meaningful work based on education and annual income earned by the employees, but there is a significant difference experience in the level of happiness based on their earnings of the employees. Also the result implicates that meaningful work influences happiness more than spirituality at work through regression analysis.
