Abstract

All organizations are not just retaining the talents but, finding a way to engaging them, capturing their minds and hearts at each stage of their work lives. A successful organization is built with the efficient employees who will move forward the organization into edge less environment. The present study attempted to capture the existing level of faculty engagement in Jesuit Higher Education Institutions in Tamil Nadu with sample respondents of 401 from nine Jesuit HE institutions. The research design was descriptive in nature and proportionate stratified random sampling was used to collect the primary data through pre-tested questionnaire using five point Likert scale. The researcher used eight dimensions and 23 factors to elicit data from the sample respondents and the data was analysed So as to understand the present level of engagement among the faculty members.
