Abstract
The aim of the study to assess the performance of India and Pakistan men’s hockey teams in Asian Games. The related subject’s materials for this study was collected by various authentic online resources such as most reliable websites. Prepared a medals tally of both the teams and awarded 3 points for gold, 2 points for silver and 1 point for bronze medal. Descriptive statistics and success rate were calculated on the data. It was better for Pakistani team that they have been won more gold medals then Indian team but overall success rate of Indian team was 93.75% and Pakistani team had 87.50%. Indian hockey team have more successive rate in compare to Pakistan hockey team Asian games. Indian hockey team may have to improve their tactical and strategical plan against Pakistan hockey team in Asian games.
