Abstract
Disable students are very much shy to mix with the other normal students. To nurture their value in inclusive setting teachers’ professional role is very important. To upgrade teachers’ professional knowledge continuous professional training is important and that’s why the present researcher wants to see the scenario of teachers’ professional learning towards inclusive education. Many national, international journals, government policies and supporting reports help to this study analytically for showing the scenario of teachers’ professional learning towards inclusive education. After the study it is found that Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is very much needed. Also government takes necessary steps regarding teachers’ professional learning. ICSSR, UGC, SAP continuously organize seminars, workshops, refresher and orientation programmes for strengthening teachers’ skills. The researcher also gives some suggestions for teachers’ professional training improvement.
