Abstract
The organizational citizenship behavior was the group performance is narrowly connected with the behavior of the staffs.The organ placed the investigation on the organizational citizenship behavior back to the time 1938.According to Organ’s definition of organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational citizenship behavior can overall improve organizational performance.The survey particular objects include public enterprises, private creativities, andforeign-funded enterprises.The random sampling survey method was used.The surveys were electronic and manual questionnairemethod. The number of the questionnaires was 200. 100 valid forms werecollected in the pre-test.We get organizational citizenship behavior performance and individual performance has to influence through percentage analysis.
