Abstract
India improves rank in “Ease of doing business” which increases FDI in India. FDI comes with increase rate of expatriates in host country. India is a country with various cultures which decreases the expats efficiency as they don’t understand what to learn about culture of India. This paper developed a framework based on current era requirement to understand the culture specific knowledge in order to increase expats efficiency in international assignments.
