Abstract
An organization cannot function without the fidelity and synergy of its employees to perform the tasks and achieving organizational goals and reach its mission or vision. Employee motivation is considered as a force that drives the employees toward procuring specific goals and objectives of the organization. Now days, it is one of the gravitating issue in organizations since every organization wants to make optimum use of their financial and human resources.
