Abstract
This paper examines the Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya’s Perspective on ‘Ektema Arthniti’.In this Arthniti he puts forward various views for revival of Bhartiya economy and why Bhartiya economy declined. The British destroyed the Indian economy through East India Co. They totally drained India’s wealth to Britain. Resultantly India’s contribution to world trade declined drastically from 23 percent to 1 percent. Further he lays emphasis over agriculture as base of Indian economy. Because majority of Indian people get their employment through agriculture.
