Abstract
This paper focused on A comparative study of self-confidence in MPBSE teachers and CBSE teachers in Bhopal school. The main objective of research paper is to compare the self-confidence in MPBSE teachers and CBSE teachers and also compare the male and female teachers. And our sample size is 100 school level teachers. The tool was used self confidence scale made by Dr. Rekha Gupta. The main finding of the study is CBSE teacher is better than MPBSE teachers according their self confidence and there is significant difference between the self-confidence in MPBSE teachers and CBSE teachers in Bhopal school. The management should be provide proper training of teachers of both the schools of for improvement of self confidence. and update the knowledge with the latest techniques.
