Abstract
The Baiga tribe is one of the largest populated tribe of Madhya Pradesh. This community is basically live in hilly areas which are full of natural resources and forest products. From ancient time this community was out of main stream society, so they were mostly illiterate or semi literate, but now in this Era of development, Governments, Main stream society, NGOs, Foreign organizations etc. are doing lots of activities to empower them, to educate them. In this way Indian Companies are also doing lots of work for their development and also for their education and Training through his CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities.
