Abstract
Happier workers do help their company boost performance as they aremore productive and hence organizations across industry are keen to improve their employees’ happiness with the objective to achieve higher profitability and company value. Prior quantitative research results support that a better team climate has a positive relation with a higher level of psychological well-being and hence thispaper focuses on the critical factors which influences work force happiness at work place.
