Abstract
Nanotechnology in itself is a vast term covering the different aspects of science like biology, chemistry, physics etc. When it gets associated with the applications in the medical field, then it is commonly known as the Nanomedicine. The applications include; gene delivery, detection and diagnosis, probing of DNA structure and tissue engineering. For the interaction with cells and tissues, different types of devices are been designed, these crafted Nanomachinery can further helps to understand the cellular mechanisms in an improved manner in living organisms. There are many imperative applications of nanotechnology in the medicinal field with regards to the targeted drug delivery, improved bioavailability, and delivery of sustain released drugs.
