Abstract
The present article illustrates the design and parameter analysis of different configuration used for linear MOS voltage to current conversion (transconductance) with wide linear input range. Operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA) has been most significance block in analog circuits. The trend in modern wired as well as wireless communication system is to achieve higher data rates and higher bandwidth and high linearity in analog front end circuits and analog filters. We have summarized the performance of different techniques. Large linear range is achieved in lower process technology.
