Abstract
Technology has touched every aspect of life, making it easier, better and different. Artificial intelligence makes it possible for any machines to perform human-like tasks. AI displays consciousness and subsequently becomes self-aware, and thereby, works towards self-preservation. AI is transforming job roles and altering the human lives like never before, it is capable of dissolving the front line and repetitive jobs and thus making our lives easier. Through AI companies shall overhaul employee experience from recruitment till employee exist, thus impacting employee engagement, organizational culture and employer brand value. Moreover, organizations embracing AI must realize that it is not jobs that are being automated, but tasks. Organizations need to understand that automated job roles make way for job transformation rather than elimination. Hence, it is prudent for HR to educate the employees about AI and preparing the workforce for newerchallenges
