Abstract
Hotel housekeeping need to meet prominent challenges like, trends and best practices as eco-friendly practices, subcontracting, housekeeping, training, retention of employees, employee’s performance. In this paper the major trends coming in the industry has discussed. Hotel housekeeping plays an important role to run a hotel business. As we know this industry is very dynamic and the property has to upgrade its functioning as per the comfort of the guest. So it is very important to upgrade the hotel as per latest trends in the hotel housekeeping. As now a days the hotel industry is very competitive and dynamic and the guest are too much conscious about the services.
