Abstract
These words rather resolved the debates that have surrounded the theory and practice of teaching and formed the basis of the theory of experiential learning. It could be said that Franklin’s statement clearly sums up the modern teaching methods that are now widely utilized to engage and encourage students and make learning, an active process. Here comes the relevance of modern technological innovations which facilitates learning and makes the learning experience, a multi-sensory approach. The term media which is derived from the word “medium,” means carrier or mode. It denotes an item specifically designed to reach a large audience or viewers. The prime duty of media today is to inform, educate and entertain people.
