Abstract

This paper reviews the relationship between mental health and overall well-being. By examining various dimensions of mental health, including psychological, emotional, and social factors, the paper aims to provide a holistic understanding of how mental health influences well-being. Key areas of focus include the role of mental health in physical health, workplace productivity, social relationships, and life satisfaction. The paper also discusses interventions and strategies to improve mental health and, consequently, enhance well-being.
